We run our Hotel Wallner in a very personal and familiar way. It is also possible for our guests to check in 24 hours a day, by introducing our new Hotelomat,
to serve you 24 hours, 7 days a week!

Your advantages:

  • 24/7 check-in - regardless of having a reservation or not.
  • Express check-in also for late arrivals and during the night
  • Spontaneous bookings without a reservation - pay at arrival and check in.

Our Personal check-in service is still available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the hotel
An employee of the Hotel Wallner is at your disposal for advice and action.

During non-service hours, we kindly ask you to check in at the Hotelomat with your booking code.
The Hotelomat is located to the left at the front door of the hotel.

 

HOW DOES OUR HOTELOMAT WORK?

Check-in with reservation

Your room will be ready starting at 2 p.m.
Please check out before 11:00 a.m.
Payment at the Hotelomat.

Check-in without a reservation

Check-in during non-personal service time. Please check out before 11:00 a.m.
You will receive your key or access card (for the hotel entrance and the room) directly at the Hotelomat Payment at the Hotelomat.

Check-out

Checking out at the reception desk (with or without a reservation) is no longer necessary. At the day of departure, you´ll have enough time to leave your room and deposit your key card in the box provided. Your key card finally becomes invalid at 12:00 a.m. noon.

Invoice:

Do you need an invoice? There is a box at the reception desk, just write down your room number on your business card and insert it.

We accept the following cards for payment:

  • Amex
  • Diners
  • Maestro / ATM
  • A PIN code is required for all cards!
